On September 14th, 2021, Borough Council was presented with a generous donation from the Bianco Family and a plan created by Colonial Gardens to update Balder Park. The plan includes removal and servicing of trees, planting new trees that are more conducive to the park's atmosphere, and adding an array of plantings.

There will also be an addition of a pavilion or stage. The current fencing will be removed and a walking bridge and river stone pathway will be added to create an entryway from Bridge Street.

We look forward to the completion of this project that will enhance our downtown, and are incredibly thankful to the Bianco Family for their generous donation!
